TCT Tipped Hole Saws
Control Panel Supply’s Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) hole saws are a superior alternative to bi-metal holes saws or as a replacement for traditional knockouts – saving time and costs.
Features:
- Cuts metal, stainless steel, sheet metal, carbon steel, cast iron, pipes, and non-ferrous
- Utilizes tungsten carbide tipped cutting teeth for long life
- Maximum cutting depth of ½ inch with integral safety collar to prevent over drilling
- Pilot drill starts and centers the hole
- Built-in ejector spring to self-eject the slug
- Variable, staggered tooth geometry allows for smoother cutting, less vibration, chip control, and longer tool life.
- Solid steel one piece design
- Solid ½” solid integral shank with flats to prevent spinning in the drill chuck
- Cutting of overlapping holes is possible
