Rix Tools TriStar and TriStar+ Ball Bearing Stud Punch & Die Kit
Rix Tools TriStar and TriStar+ round split hole punching sets are high quality tools precision made in Germany by by Sagen-Mehring, a leading manufacturer of metal punching tools. These are equipped with a ball bearing draw stud to be used with a wrench or socket.
The TriStar series are built for mild steel only and the TriStar+ series can be used for both mild steel and stainless steel applications. They are usable up to 3.0mm mild steel and up to 2.5mm stainless steel depending on the diameter. Both series feature three cutting points and are equipped with 4 crosshair markings for simple central alignment. They also feature a 3-fold split which means that the possibility of canting during punch breakthrough can be completely ruled out. Finally, all sets are supplied in a heavy-duty plastic carrying case.
