The AMTE-500 Increased Load Capacity Dual Axis Assembly Table is an innovative and ergonomically engineered solution designed for the precision demands of electric panel assembly. Powered by 120/230V 50/60Hz AC, it also features an upgradeable rechargeable battery system, offering enhanced mobility and flexibility across various work environments. This makes the table highly adaptable for both stationary and mobile applications, ensuring seamless operation in diverse manufacturing settings.
Similar to the AMTE-400, the AMTE-500 is designed with dual-axis configuration, which facilitates natural, fluid movements for operators. It is equipped with two heavy duty electronically controlled linear actuators for height and tilt angle adjustments of the table work surface. The 4-button key pad allows for precise continuous adjustment from vertical to horizontal positions as well as variable height adjustment up to 43”. This design not only minimizes physical strain but also significantly boosts productivity and precision, allowing for longer work periods without compromising accuracy or efficiency. The table's layout has been carefully crafted to reduce operator fatigue, making it an essential tool for environments that demand high output and precision.
The key difference in the AMTE-500 model is its increased load capacity. This model has a maximum load capacity of 1,500 lbs.
