The AMTE-300 Adjustable Tilt Electric Control Panel Mounting & Assembly Table is a versatile assembly table intended for ergonomic, effective and time-saving assembly and wiring of electric panels and other repetitive motion assembly work. Powered by 120/230V 50/60Hz AC, it also features an upgradeable rechargeable battery system, offering enhanced mobility and flexibility across various work environments. This makes the table highly adaptable for both stationary and mobile applications, ensuring seamless operation in diverse manufacturing settings.
The AMTE-300 is equipped with an electronically controlled linear actuator for tilt angle adjustment of the table work surface. The 4-button key pad allows for precise continuous adjustment from vertical to horizontal positions, from 0 to 70°. The assembly table is designed as a tool to assist in increasing productivity, reducing stress on the operator and reducing assembly time during the manufacturing process. It assists in reducing repetitive motion strain, reducing the threat of general injury, workman's compensations claims, disability claims, etc.
